r New INTRO classes begin this week. Open to anyone new to yoga or Iyengar Yoga. You can't be too old, too weak, or too stiff to practice Iyengar Yoga. Come as you are and let us teach you this safe system for developing strength, flexibility and mental clarity.

Anyone new to Iyengar Yoga or new to Friendship Yoga is welcome try their first class for free. Free class times are:
Tuesday 8/27 9:00-10:30 am
Wednesday 8/28 6:30 - 8:00 am
Thursday 8/29 6:00-7:30 pm
Sunday 9/1 3:00-4:30 pm
