Are you a fan of the McDonald's "Happy Meal"? Our friend Troy from Plano, TX suggested that we should call it the "Unhappy Meal" after he watched the below video of the Austin girls throwing a birthday party for a 1-yr old "Happy Meal". Bet we'll just let you be the judge.

So there has been some interest shown in Eugena starting a blog about her experiences going Gluten free/Sugar free, since she's lost 30 lbs since 8-28-13. Would any of our AFC facebook friends or "fans" be interested in reading a blog about this??? If there is enough interest, she will start a blog and log her experiences which may include GF/SF recipes, GF restaurants reviews, physical/physiological changes, etc. She knows there are many pages out there already, but it might be helpful to hear the experiences of someone you actually know! :-)
