I treated my friend to the NOVEMBER special for her birthday last weekend only to be very disappointed with MY experience. I have been here several times and have never been disappointed like I was this last time.
My friend went back 10 mins before I did only because my therapist was not made aware I was there. She was very sweet about it and apologized, however about 15 mins into my massage, she became faint and had to leave. Instead of her returning, the owner who was tending the front desk appeared and explained the situation and said she would be taking over. Unfortunately, her first touch was a real shocker......her hands were FREEZING. I'm sorry but by then the whole ZEN experience was gone and it was just a massage at that point. I'm sure this threw the whole schedule off so I felt I was rushed through the rest of my day which included a coc*** wrap, facial and cocoa b***er hand wrap. The facial was the fastest facial I ever had and I've had GREAT one's here. When my session was complete I went to the lounge had a glass of water then went to get dressed. When I returned to the lounge I saw my friend was still enjoying hers. Now I'm thinking, she went back before me and I'm done first ????. I'm glad hers went great, since is was her Birthday. I paid, with a tip and left. However, I still had a bad taste in my mouth so I went back in to speak with the owner (with cold hands) I explained my concerns and she denied any time lapse. I'm sorry, but I felt "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE" would be to reschedule my massage and facial ON THEM.......but not in her book :'( Needless to say, there are way too many Day Spas to choose from these days and I won't be returning. Maybe I will carry a pocket watch in my robe. These sessions are NOT cheap!

I've been coming here for almost 7 years now and every time is absolutely amazing. Such a professional, quaint, and relaxing place to be. Thank you!

Just had a mani/pedi with Lindsey at Ultimate Escape Day Spa. She is awesome!! so you might just want to book with her :)

had the most amazing spa day ever! the staff were wonderful, i got a massage, facial, mani, pedi, hand/foot wraps, plus got a very nice lunch... I will for sure be going back again!!! Thank you so much for such a relaxing day!
