Another really fun, informative and delicious class went down last night with all the able help of Debbie Tantone and Jeannie Scott. Had a great crowd too. Debbie presented on refined vs unrefined sugars and gave us many options and much good info. Next class is Sept. 24 and of course we never tell the topic beforehand. So come and be surprised, fed abundantly and informed.

Just to let all my fb friends know if you have forgotten, five of the required 6 weeks between cooking/nutrition classes has passed, and Sept. 11 is fast approaching. Planning a great class and dinner again, so let me know that you plan to be there.

Class went very well last night. We had 23 there plus helpers. Had several new ones and that is always wonderful. And we were done from start to finish in 65 minutes. That way busy people can eat, learn, share and still get home and relax or get one more thing on their list done. Thanks everyone for making this a great class. Our next one will be Sept. ll. Mark your calendar.

Come one.....come all.........our next nutrition/cooking class is almost upon us: Tuesday night July 31 at 6:30 at the SDA Fellowship Hall on south 95. Our numbers continue to increase and we would love to see YOU there this time. Just be sure to let us know you are coming --we would HATE to run out of food!! We always have such a good time that we would like to see YOU share in it all. Hope to see you then.

Come one....come all.....to our next nutrition and cooking class, Tuesday, July 31 at 6:30. Our numbers are growing and we do have a wonderful time. The food, fun and friendship are all good, as well as lots of good information and recipes to take home. If you possibly can, try to join us this time for our big time. Just be sure to let us know. We would HATE to run out of food. Hope to see you THERE!!
