I stopped by the Alaska Candle Factory today in Girdwood. After 35 years, the owners are going to pack up shop and sell their business soon and move back to the Lower 48 states to be with kids and grandkids. Driving up to Mt. Alyeska and not seeing the Alaska Candle Factory on the way up just won't be same. Thank you so much for all the light you have brought to Alaska and many kitchen tables and desks and rooms with your beautiful candles and your heart and spirit that you made them with. ~*~
