With Labor Day fast approaching getting in those last few beach days is priority for a lot of families. Although walking on the beach has many benefits including good exercise for the legs and feet and a great way to burn calories, the unsupportive walking can put a strain on the back. The same goes with unsupportive flip flops and sandals so please choose your shoes carefully when packing Enjoy these last few weeks of summer fun!
