Best bet is support your own immunity. The vast majority of immune challenges our body can handle given the right combination of nutritional support (such as Epimune, Immuplex, Echinacea and Andrographis)

It's the viruses we need to protect against. That means a strong immune system. That means echinacea, andrographis, immuplex and a good diet. Antibiotics are not going to help.

The FDA needs to actually regulate antibiotic use or there will come a time when this useful medication will no longer work because of abuse by agriculture and medical physicians. TB and MRSA will become bigger problems.

Reduce acrylamide damage with Cruciferous Complete daily.

“Now I consider that the phrenologist’s have omitted an important thing in not pushing their investigations from the cerebellum through the spinal ca***. For I believe that much of a man’s character will be found betokened in his backbone. I would rather feel your spine than your skull, whoever you are. A thin joist of a spine never yet upheld a full and noble soul. I rejoice in my spine, as in the firm audacious staff of that flag which I fling half out to the world.”

The article states: "The science was never there” for the LDL targets" which makes one question the whole statin/cholesterol hypothesis. Those in the know and studied the matter have known that the original data were cherry picked by Ancel Keyes in his 7 Countries Study. The problem has never been cholesterol but inflammation. Cholesterol plaques are merely a side effect.
