In this introductory level class you will learn the basic Stott® Pilates principles and begin to gain an awareness of healthy body alignment. With a solid foundation of basics, you will be able to achieve a deeper more effective practice of Stott® Pilates skills. Upon completion of this class you may join our Group Basic Pilates class where you can continue to steadily improve your strength and flexibility.
Basic Pilates Schedule Tuesday 5:30 - 6:45 pm
Learn how to locate and strengthen your core muscles to build core stability and develop your coordination.
Learn it correctly, do it correctly, and prevent injuries!!!
