Building muscle is easier for people who have been muscular before. New studies demonstrate that muscles store DNA-containing nuclei that multiply when a muscle is exercised and that these extra nuclei form a type of memory that allows the muscle to bounce back quickly when retrained. What's more, contrary to previous thinking, those nuclei aren’t lost when muscles atrophy. The findings suggest that exercise early in life could help fend off frailness in the elderly.

By placing your vitamins close to your car keys and/or wallet you're more likely to remember to take them before leaving the house. If you're a coffee drinker leave the vitamins next to the coffee machine.
