Don't cut complex carbohydrates from your diet, even if you are trying to lose weight. We see so many people eliminate carbs when trying to lose weight quickly because they think all carbs are bad. Cut the 'simple' carbs and you will notice a huge change in energy and fat loss. But keep the complex carbs in your diet! These carbs are full of fiber, vitamins and minerals that act as your body's fuel source and increase your metabolism. Without them, you can have problems with digestion, mineral and vitamin deficiency along with a slowed metabolism.
